Shipping and returns

Placeholder terms. These need Orel's real carrier, rates and timings before launch.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States. Pieces in stock leave within two to three business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces take two to four weeks, and you will be told the timing before you pay.

  • United StatesTracked, 3 to 5 business days
  • CanadaTracked, 7 to 14 business days

Any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus return shipping. Get in touch first so the return can be logged.

Pieces that cannot be returned:

  • Custom ordersMade for one person, so only returnable if something is wrong with them
  • Engraved piecesSame reason
  • EarringsNot returnable once worn, for hygiene

If something arrives damaged

Email a photo within seven days and it will be replaced or refunded. Solid gold is also repairable, so if a piece fails later, ask before writing it off.
